Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

We have had three deaths in our family in thirteen days. Rebecca took care of my order and was so incredibly empathic. I have worked in customer service for years, trained it domestically and internationally, and been a manager of customer service and I could not of asked for a more personalized experience. Based on my experience with Rebecca I will only Use Jensons for any kind of flowers needed and will recommend for any occasion. Thank you for making this small detail such a big deal for such am awful time for our family. I will be calling back to order more flowers for another funeral tomorrow. The arrangement for my cousin's funeral was beautiful. Thank you. ❤

Very impressed with Jensen's Flower & Gifts. Spoke with a Julie who was vey helpful in making my decision. Julie was very attentive to my needs and my decision as to my final order. Not to mention the update received once my Order was delivered its destination. Also very pleased with the 6 inch Double Peace Lily Basket I had ordered when we saw it in person. Would not hesitate to use Jensen & Flowers for future occasions and events.
