I was an out of town customer so I ordered over the phone. Jensen's was excellent to work with and their prices are great. The customer service was beyond exceptional especially in a day when it is so lacking. I appreciated the willingness to customize without extra fees. Per my request, I received a picture of the finished product via email. The follow up to make sure I was aware the arrangement was delivered was also a nice touch. Although I didn't think I'd make it, I ended up going to the funeral after all and the arrangement was as beautiful in person as in the photo. I highly recommend Jensen's. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
