Due to flower supply challenges, we will do our best to create a bouquet as close as possible to what is ordered.
Just note substitutions may be needed. Our staff will continue to provide you, our customer, with the most beautiful arrangement possible.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The flowers that were sent were beautiful, however, I feel like it wasn’t as full as the picture shows. I would definitely buy again in the future though.

I have not yet heard from the recipient of the floral arrangement. Therefore, I do not know how the flowers looked when received. However, my call was answered in a timely and friendly manner and the transaction went through great.
