In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

They were able to deliver my purchase on the same day. It was a very cute arrangement. I was pleased with everything except the $12.00 delivery fee because the website said $8. ---- Florist's Response: Hello Darlene, Thank you for the review. We are sorry for the confusion regarding the delivery charge. When you click on a product, the site will automatically show you our default delivery charge, which is $8 for in town deliveries. You do have the option to change the zip code to show how much the delivery fee would be for your delivery. We do our best to be transparent about all costs. Again, we apologize for the confusion.
