I ordered this arrangement for my brother in law’s service. Jensen’s impressed me for four reasons:
1. The spray delivered was identical to the picture and seemed even larger than original dimensions.
2. I ordered online but spoke to staff twice regarding delivery questions and they were kind, professional and helpful.
3. The spray was delivered as promised on a Saturday, a day the store is not open.
4. Other local florists offered this same spray but for $100 more.

I didn't actually see the arrangement but your service was exceptional. The recipient wasn't at home but it wasn't left on the doorstep. The delivery driver called me to let me know that she left a card so they could receive it when they returned home. Absolutely top notch!
